Winners Chapel’s School In Tax Evasion Mess

The school is alleged to be owing six years worth of taxes.
The Living Faith Church Worldwide, known as Winners Chapel, is in trouble with the Ogun State Government, following an accusation of tax evasion and alleged violent attack on officials of the state government who were at the church premises to effect the payment of outstanding taxes. The outstanding taxes cover six years according to Ogun officials.

Former Secretary to the Kwara State Government around 2009, Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Cook Olododo was at Princess Luxury Hotel in Ilorin last Friday night to catch fun and he had it abundantly.
Sources who partook in the revelry told orijoreporter that Cook, also a former Chief of Staff to Ex-Governor Senator Bukola Saraki came into the hotel located at Tanke Area with three prostitutes. Among the revelers was Biodun Baraje, son of the factional leader of PDP, Alhaji Kawu Baraje.
Cook, now the Kwara State Deputy Chairman, Subsidy Reinvestment & Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) lodged at Room 107 and after joining the three prostitutes for sex in a threesome and heavy drinking, he was seeing fighting one of them outside the room.
It was further gathered that the prostitute he fought with was the one he didn’t like and left out of the sex party.

Dangote Industries Limited on Wednesday, 4 agreement with a consortium of both local and international banks to the tune of  $3.3billion for the purpose of constructing the biggest Petroleum Oil Refinery & Petrochemical/ Fertilizer Plants in Nigeria.

The plants, which will cost a total of $9 billion will generate up to 9,500 direct and  25,000 indirect jobs, in addition to reducing current volumes of refined fuel imports by around 50 per cent and effectively stopping the importation of fertilizer.

Customs Close NAHCO, SAHCOL Over Illegal Exit of Goods

The Nigeria Customs Services, NCS, Murtala Muhammed International Airport command, on Wednesday ordered the closure of two cargo warehouses at the airport.
The warehouses were the Skyways Aviation Handling Company Limited, SAHCOL, and the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company, NAHCO.

AMCON Seeks Buyers For Mainstreet Bank


The Asset Management Company of Nigeria, AMCON, said it was seeking prospective investors to buy 100 percent of its share-holding in Enterprise Bank, the first of Nigeria’s three nationalised lenders to be put up for sale.
“Bad bank” AMCON, which holds non-performing assets of troubled banks, in July appointed Citigroup and Africa-focused investment bank, Vetiva Capital to manage the divestment.
